Window cleaning is a tedious, frustrating and hazardous chore - something best outsourced to someone who likes that kind of thing. CLEANLINESS Window Cleaning has you covered

CLEANLINESS uses traditional window cleaning methods and professional window cleaning equipment to clean make your commercial or residential windows look their best.

DOMESTIC Window Cleaning

How I run a standard residential site window cleaning operation:

1. Pre-start Inspection: On arrival, before cleaning your windows you will be invited to inspect the job site safety and condition of every glass pane I am about to clean. Any existing window damage will be reported to you.
2. Fly Screens: Fly Screens will be carefully removed from your windows, dusted down, and reinstalled after I have finished cleaning the window. If you request it, I will wash the screens for you as I go for an additional fee. Alternatively, I can leave them off the window so you can wash them before I reinstall them. I will not clean, nor charge you for cleaning, dilapidated screens. Dilapidated screens no longer protect your home from pests, and cannot be cleaned without causing further damage to them. I can commissioned to build new screens.
3. Screen Swivel Clips: Plastic swivel clips grow brittle over time and eventually snap. If requested, I can arrange to replace old fly screen swivel clips for an additional fee.
4. Frames: Every Window frame will be dusted to remove loose soils. Dilapidated window frames may indicate a ventilation or structural issue is present. They promote mold and cannot be cleaned properly. I recommend speaking to a window installer about having your windows repaired. I will not attempt to clean, nor charge you for cleaning dilapidated window frames.
5. Tracks: I will dust out and vacuum your window tracks. Track washing is a very time consuming task, and can be requested at the time of quotation for an additional fee.
6. Glass Panes: I will clean and detail every glass pane that we agreed to in our Service Agreement. Additional work can be requested for an additional fee. Broken window glass cannot be cleaned properly and is hazardous to your family, visitors, and window cleaner. I recommend speaking to a glazier about having the broken glass pane replaced. I will not attempt to clean, nor charge you for cleaning broken glass panes.
7. Additional Cleaning: My standard quote excludes: Hard water stain removal, Construction debris removal, Screen washing, Awning cleaning, Blind dusting, or Blind cleaning. These tasks can be requested for an additional fee.
8. Post-work Inspection: When I believe that your window clean has been completed, I will invite you to accompany me on one last job site inspection. Your window clean is finished when you are happy.

COMMERCIAL Window Cleaning
