How I Clean your Gutters?

How I run a residential gutter cleaning operation:

1. Pre-Start Inspection: On arrival, before any work commences you will be invited to inspect the job site safety and condition of the gutters to be cleaned. Any existing gutter damage will be reported to you.
2. Assessment: Your cleaner will inspect your gutter system and down pipes to pinpoint clogs and other potential issues.
3. Debris Clearing: Using conventional gutter cleaning tools (gutter scoop, tongs, bucket, ladder, etc.), Your gutter and downpipes are de-clogged and cleaned. Your green bin or other receptacle your designate will be needed to dispose of the extracted saplings and clods of leaf matter).
4. Flushing And Verification: I flush the gutter system with water to confirm proper drainage and flow. Your water supply will be used to do this (mains, bore, tank, grey, any will do).
5. Cleanup: I clean up the surrounding area of any mess made during the gutter clean.
6. Job Report: When the job is done, I show you photos of your clean gutters and report any gutter condition changes detected to you.
7. Additional Cleaning: Additional cleaning tasks such as fascia and soffit cleaning, high dusting, solar panel cleaning and window cleaning may be requested and performed for an additional fee.
   
8. Post-Work Inspection: When I believe that your gutter clean has been completed, I will invite you to accompany me on one last job site inspection. Your gutter clean is finished when you are happy.
