What a Typical Service Looks Like?

How I run a standard commercial solar panel cleaning operation:

1. WHS: Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) will be completed for the job should you need them.
2. Pre-Start Inspection: Before any work is done you will be invited to inspect the job site safety and condition of the solar panels I am about to clean.
3. Assessment: Your cleaner will inspect your system for any damage or potential problems. Damaged or otherwise problematic solar panels will be reported to you, will not be cleaned, and you will not be charged for them.
4. Pure Water System Cleaning: A pure water system will be used to gently clean your solar panels. A truck brush combined with a photovoltaic-safe cleaning solution may also be used to clear any stubborn in-ground soils. 
5. Cleanup: Any mess caused during the cleaning operation will be put into your bin.
6. Job Report: When the job is done, You will be shown photos of your clean. Any condition changes detected will be reported to you.
7. Additional Cleaning: tasks such as window cleaning, sign cleaning, sign removal, and gutter cleaning may be requested and performed for an additional fee.
   
8. Post-Work Inspection: When the work is complete, You will be invited you inspect the workmanship. Your service is complete when you are satisfied with your clean.
