What a Gutter Cleaning Operation Looks Like?

How I run a standard commercial site gutter cleaning operation:

1. WHS: Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) will be completed for the job should you need them.
2. Pre-Start Inspection: On arrival, before your cleaner gets to work they will invite you to inspect the job site safety and condition of the gutters you are paying to have cleaned.
3. Assessment: Your cleaner will inspect the gutter system to pinpoint clogs, damage, or potential problems. Any issues will be reported to you.
4. Debris Clearing: Using conventional gutter cleaning tools (gutter scoop, gutter tongs, bucket, ladder), Saplings and clods that are clogging your gutters is are removed.
5. Flushing and Verification: The gutter system is flushed with water to confirm proper drainage and flow. Your water supply will be used to do this (mains, bore, tank, grey, any will do).
6. Cleanup: The mess caused by the job is collected and deposited in your green bin, or any other receptacle you choose.
7. Job Report: When the job is done, You will be shown photos of your clean gutters and any gutter condition changes detected while working on your gutters will be reported to you.
8. Additional Cleaning: Other jobs such as window cleaning, sign cleaning, sign removal, and solar panel cleaning may be requested and performed for an additional fee.
   
9. Post-Work Inspection: When gutter is clean , You will be invited to inspect the workmanship. When you are satisfied, the job is done.
